Genesis

The Sister Christian Series โ€” a haunting psychological family saga of faith, secrets, and second chances.

A Different Kind of Love Story

Some families protect their secrets.

Others let them destroy everything.

Richard Mason has built his life on isolation โ€” a brilliant mind wrapped in bitterness and alcohol. He prefers it that way.

Until the sister he never knew he had walks into his world.

Hannah Rice has survived more than most people ever see โ€” and more than most people ever believe. Physical and emotional scars have shaped her life, but they have not broken her. Not yet.

Genesis is the first book in the Sister Christian series โ€” a haunting psychological family saga about faith under pressure, generational wounds, and the quiet courage required to reclaim your story.

Perfect for readers who love emotionally layered characters, small-town tension, and slow-burning revelations that refuse to stay buried.

Reviews for Genesis

Rating: 5 out of 5.

This book is a great examination of The Human Condition. There is drug use, grief, secrets, accidents, mental illness, health issues, and so much more. I am so glad I took the time to sit down and read this book. I read it all in one sitting and Iโ€™m super excited to see where the next book in the series goes.

This story kept me reading without stopping. It pulls on every emotion a person has. It’s well written and a very deep soul wrenching storyline. The last few chapters I found myself crying and pleading with the characters in the book.

Things happen in this book that will make you think, they will make you cry and they will make you laugh. You will root for these two broken people to find each other and find the love they deserve. I enjoyed reading this book so very much. I can’t even express how this book made me feel. You need to read this book and think all these wonderful things. It was a book that I will read again for sure.
